At Home Intermediate Whole Body Circuit Video

This is an 'at home' whole body circuit intended for intermediate level trainees. This circuit focuses on basic movements with some minor variations for more muscle stimulation. Doing these exercises at a quick pace combines strength training and interval based cardio.

This style of training compliments the Devotion Diet very well due to the amount of carbs used during the training session. Carbohydrate/energy depletion is essential in fat loss.

Strive to do 10-20 reps for each exercise, and repeat circuit according to your fitness level. Remeber to move to the next exercise at repetition failure or when you form starts to fail.
