murphytastic: I'd tether an enemy helicopter to a building just to see what would happen ;) or I'd Tether a moving plane to like a mountain or something to watch it crash! Then I'd Tether a motorcycle rider to the ground while he's driving and see him get ripped off! LOOKS LIKE SO MUCH FUN!

Agroupproductions: I wonder if you can grapple yourself to a helicopter's blades. If anyone wants to know it comes out March 23 in North America and March 26 in Europe.

swbf3: Unfourtantly you can only have two objects connected at a time, so you'd have to let go of the enemy from the helicopter to dual hook another 2 things together. Mabye in Just Cause 3 we'll have triple hook :P
