121 Santa Fe is a tri-plex that was built in 1910 (originally as a "cat house"). Today, this place is great for a friendly quiet person (or people), who don't mind "sharing a wall" with other friendly quiet neighbors, and like being near a busy little town and the San Francisco bay.

Unit B is an updated 1.5 bed, 1 bath, 650 square foot "box car" style apartment. Down along the long rectangular layout, 6 foot tall windows line the southern wall (plenty of sunlight if you open the blinds). Open the front door and notice the high ceilings portray a spacious feel. Kick off your shoes in the entryway. Step on to the tan pile carpet into your large living room which is part of a dining area that has a serving window opening into the kitchen. Walk down to hall to find your updated bathroom (with cultured marble shower, standard sink, medicine cabinet, & toilet). Walk down the hall further to see your cozy bedroom (barely fits a king size bed), ending in a small room with a nice view (used for an office, a small child, or storage). In late 2007, the bathroom was remodeled ($7000). In late 2009, the electrical was updated ($10,000).
