Choosing the clips was hard, and I don't have that fancy video making thing, so yea... ^_^" Anyway, if you watched the video, its all about Gordon Walker coming back in this first episode, and he has a grudge against Alexx and Sam. To explain it...

"The Search Is Over" info:

Her mother and father were killed by Gordon when she was a kid. He tried to kill Alexx but John Winchester saved her. Her parents and John were good friends, and he knew he had to protect
her. She had the mark of a hunter. When she grew up, she devoted her life into being a hunter and avenging her parents death.He taught her how to hunt as she grew up, that's why he was absent
for awhile in Sam and Dean's lives. Then they went there seperate ways, she never had a chance to meet his boys, but John always talked about them. She soon joined the Winchester Brothers after
John passed away.~~~~

The clips I used were from some movies, and Supernatural. The hitcher, the boy on there, picture him as Sam because they look alike with 'Alexx'. When Sam and Dean kiss Alexx, its them in black/white or the girl. Don't worry, you will soon know whats going on if you keep up with the story.
