Trailer/Episode 1:
-Demi's POV-
I felt my hand throb as I dug my razor blade deeper and deeper into my wrecked skin. It felt so good to have it near me at all times. Hi, I'm Demetria Devonne Lovato and I am 17 years old. I am an orphan who's Mom and Dad died right after she was born. Now I live with foster parent's who I have to respect for years, which sucks. Because their not doing there jobs right. Yeah, I'm right. What type of a Foster Dad comes in late at 6am in the morning from work, drunk, falling as many times as his legs can make him. Raping your own Foster child. Yeah, I was raped by my own Foster Dad. My Foster Mom? Oh, she's a prostitute. She brings guys at the middle of the night and usually I hear moaning all the time, since my room is beside the room of hell. This is where life brings me now. Cutting myself, making my life worster and worster every second. It would have been better that I would have died with my parent's, because when my mom was pregnant, Dad and Mom had gotten into an accident. Hours later, they couldn't decide which to keep (Parent's or baby) and since I had more chances of surviving, they made me an orphan. Or else I wouldn't have been cutting myself. I wouldn't have been awake in the middle of the night, crying. I would have been in a cozy home, where my parent's would take care of me, feed me, and most importantly, love me. This is my life now. I live with my Foster Sister, Selena Gomez and we both share the same lives. Though, she says not to believe in faith, I do. Since mine is already ruined. Since our parent's care for our future which they show really unlikely, we go to school. And school is also a piece of shit. We get bullied EVERY single day's of our lives. But now, were going to start fresh. Since we moved the sixth time this year, lets hope our life turn impossibly close to miserable. Totally opposite. But that's definitely not going to happen. I know my LIFE SUCKS and it always will. Though, I didn't know what i was going for.
-Selena's POV-
I jumped on Demi's bed and screamed in her ear. "DEMI!" I heard her reaction to a thump, as she fell off the bed. "Ouch! Sel." She looked at me and I was smiling. "Get your ass out of bed! We have school, remember? First day of school?" She groaned as she got up and walked to the bathroom. I shook my head laughing as I walked to my little closet full of clothed we bought for school. Sure, we were poor but me and Demi had a job right after school. We got it during summer break. We got $100 for 3 days only, so we were like, whatever, lets give this a try. And now we stack apples and do weird stuff in a stupid grocery shop. Once we ever had to wear a cheese costume and sell this weird stinky cheese and everyone was laughing at us. As I walked into our joined closet together, I toke out skinny jeans and a big green t-shirt. Sure, it was huge but I tied it back into a bun, then straightened my hair and put a brown streak in it, just when Demi walked out. She walked out of the closet with dyed blue skinny jeans that surrounded her feet perfectly, with silver flats and a white jacket. She walked out the mirror and combed her hair. She already had make-up on. I looked at her. "You look awesome, now lets go." I put my black leather jacket on, grabed my backpack and ran out of the room as fast as my tiny legs can take me. Demi following behind. We stumbled down the stairs. Then I heard Demi murmur. "Stupid parent's, still freckin' sleeping. I hate you, ugh." I laughed, overhearing. She glared at me. "Gosh." We ate lunch and ran out to catch the bus.
-Demi's POV-
I walked into the school and got my schedule from the head office. I walked to my locker, putting my new stuff in. As I hurried to my next class, this guy bumped into me and we both met our ways to the floor. We both looked down and saw our stuff scattered everywhere. My eyes widened as I saw my razor blade, lying on the floor. With pills everywhere. They looked like drugs. I gulped as I went to pick up a pill on the floor and it said something on it. I saw the guy pick up my razor blade and I sighed. "Sorry." I stood up. Got my razor blade and looked at the guy as I handed him his pills. I looked at his face and smiled. He was handsome with his chocolate brown eyes and strong figures. He smiled back at me. "Demi." I shook his hand. He nodded. "Joe." We both got our stuff, and walked together to class, as we realized we had all our classes together.
