Attorney Richard R. Boykin ~ explains the benefit to the village for hiring a lobbyist Video

The Village of University Park engages the services of a lobbyist firm, Barnes & Thornburg, LLP. The primary representative, Richard R. Boykin attends the Sept. 22, 2009 meeting to bring the Board up to date on his accomplishments so far. Which seem to include finalizing the villages new zip code, made mention of a possible post office in the future and expressed great pride in supposedly securing some much south after funds for the village projects.
