Green roof, pool, fitness room, Church Street Station, Evanston Video

Earlier today I visited an open house at Focus Development's Church Street Station, a project that was completed and sold out about 7 years ago.

For many, the development's prime attraction will be its location close to the CTA and Metra stops at Davis Street, and the array of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance.

The building boasts an impressive array of amenities and services. Join me for a a walk with me around the sprawling green roof, the indoor pool and the fitnesss room.
