lashanapridgen: shira... i dnt have a problem with my hair. its actually growing and is healthy for me. but my scalp is its own thing. its like i have alot of buildup on my scalp and it hurts. not like a headache but like my scalp actually hurts. idk wat to think of this or what to do..

SugarFreeTV: actually neither do i i am sorry i want to help...maybe try the mud mask for your scalp...they are good for that too (try ahava as well...they make a puremud mask and u can put it on ur hair... and scalp...it's about $30 for 4 packets)

tiondrab: i love biotin too ! But i will say it broke me out , let me explain why... i just had a baby and my hair was shedding BAD so i heard that Biotin would help! Girl i was taking TOO MUCH! I was taking mulit vit with has biotin and was taking 5mg biotin pills!!! My hair stopped shedding and grew 4+ in but it broke me out bad! So it doesn't do that to everybody but i do think i shouldn't have over done the B ! :-)

moderadonna: My hairline started receding after the birth of my daughter and once I changed a few things, it grew back; I stopped using the blow dryer and let it dry naturally. I also started using a good conditioner for my hair. However, like she is saying, heat is the devil.

SugarFreeTV: i personally use it probably 2x a week at the most...mask is once a week at the most but might be best every 2 weeks or every four 4 weeks

oneleggedduck: I get Exema on my scalp really bad. My hair dresser referred me to a line of shampoos and conditioners called Pureology. it's not COMPLETELY pathogen free but almost and works great to strengthen my hair and clear up my scalp.

rizeuse: Some people while breakout when taking BIOTIN but like Shira said do your research. People hate to read i don't know why. When taking vitamins you have to drink lot's of water . At least 12 glasses a day . Always ask your doctor's permission before taking anything. Each person medical history is different. Be safe ladies !
