Contacts Module Video

Importing and Organizing Contacts is easy with our new 2.0 Contacts module!

To Import Contacts from an Excel File:
First, open the file in Excel
Go to "Save As" (or click the Save As icon with Excel 2007)
Save as a text delimited file (.txt)

Upload the *text* file into the CoolerEmail system:
Click on the Contacts module
Go to the Import tab Click "Browse" Find the .txt file you created
Click Open
The upload process will begin automatically

For more information on Importing - search "Import" within the Help module.

You may also copy/paste email addresses into the system by going to Contacts - Lists - Create New

Create single new contact entries by clicking "New Contact" on the Contacts tab.
