IAmGraham2007: The defender is not out of bounds when he touches the ball. he grabs the ball and gets it at the one. Had it been ruled a fumble originally, he could have ran with it. I don't understand how it's a touchback. Plus, doesn't the ball cross the out of bounds line when Moats fumbles it at the 1? It looks like he pushes it back in. There was no irrefutable evidence that it didn't go out of bounds there. Horrible officiating. The NFL should look at it.
lilofue: IMO, it should've been colts' ball inside the 1-yard line(where the defender grabbed the ball and went out of bounds)
