flangieb001: u could try camtaisa or hyper cam, u have to pay for them both otherwise u get watermaks, but u could try the demo versions to see how the qualtiy turns out.

tmrocketryan: camstudio is free but you can't change the settings as much as you may like but the quality is pretty good.there's also some pretty good tutorials on youtube so, you should be covered
