Chapter 3- Verse 29

prakrter guna-sammudhah
sajjante guna-karmasu
tan akrtsna-vido mandan
krtsna-vin na vicalayet

Translation Chinmaya Nanda

Those deluded by the qualities of nature, (GUNAS), are attached to the functions. Of the man-of-perfect-knowledge should not unsettle the foolish, who are of imperfect knowledge.

Translation Iskcon

Bewildered by the modes of material nature, the ignorant fully engage themselves in material activities and become attached. But the wise should not unsettle them, although these duties are inferior due to the performers' lack of knowledge.

Translation Eshwaran

Those who are deluded by the operation of the gunas become attached to the results of their action. Those who understand these truths should not unsettle the ignorant.
