Yes, sometimes excessive drumming its nocive for your head, but in this particular arrange I was able to stand it, and I needed to upload it, not to mention the beautiful outworldy introduction.
It is no surprise that Wooming does this. I mean, 80% of the material made by Kissing the Mirror has a real strong work on those drums, not to mention that sometimes are excesive and I wasn't able to stand them. Since the very beginning, Wooming has loved to do death/core/speed drums alike, and how not, if his main influence is Children of Bodom.
Actually if you listen well, you can hear how Wooming tried to mix some of the distortions used by Alexi Laiho.
It is so sad tho, that there is no usage of Floyd.
I have said it once, and I'll say it once again. Kissing the Mirror was a circle that jumped out of the mediocrity from one album to another. All of the sudden, Wooming started to arrange a lot of interesting stuff, with a hell of a quality that I couldn't resist not to upload.
And why Eternal Shrine Maiden? Cause my inbox was full of PM's requesting for this song.
Actually I never paid close attention to the song until now. You guys judge me or not, but this is now for me, the official theme of Reimu Hakurei.
And because I know this might be a heavily criticized video, please keep your critics constructive, addressed, and free of flame warsim.
Thanks for watching.

DoubleHamster: Warning appreciated! (And thanks for the upload)
dragon1z1team: nice
85centimeters: Hunh, I don't think the transition from calm piano to crazy drumming and guitar at 0:46 was good. The beginning is very nice indeed though. The guitar and drumming isn't bad at all... it's just the abrupt transition at 0:46 really hurts this song. Nevertheless, a nice upload.
jimleak007: Yes, the drumming and strumming was no surprise to me. Overall, the song is quite good ! ~
pocketbullets: huh.. the drumming is similar to some black metal i listen to... children of bodom.. influence.. no wonder..
LyzaraKitsune: Woah, that's some cool as hell drumming. I love drums. They're very much tied with life (drums = heartbeat). Plus, they just sound awesome to me. And I personally liked the transition, contrary to all others it seems. It got right down to business. The first short bit of guitar, on the other hand, seemed off and hard to follow a bit. This arrange is truly awesome, though, and definitely a great pick. Thanks for the awesome upload, as usual.
RagnarokXDSmashbros: That drumbeat is kickass. xD
Kyrin23: The more I listen to this, the more I like it. I was undecided on some elements but it's grown on me. Thanks for the great music as always.
AvalonDrew: Transition wasn't all that bad. Some beautiful piano work, though.
Eggmanlover: Transition was rough, but overall it's forgettable, since the opening was really good, and the rock part was very good in itself. My only problem with the transition was it was extremely... repetitive? It just felt like a bunch of random drumming that had no point. Lol
VileLasagna: Aaahh, silly drummers that think that greater rate of fire implies greater awesome... I dunno... didn't like this one for several reasons. Even when the guitars decide to actually shine, they keep being obfuscated by silly drums. (It does get better at the later parts though, but like hell I'm going to let such a thing make me abandon my grumpyness)
Maggeus: The transition could have been more progressive, and not that abrupt, but nonetheless it's a correct / nice remix. The beginning is awesome though.
Muumajii: I liked the Blackmetal drums in this one, they where well done and kinda refreshing. =) Though i can understand that some have a hard time to accept it. Always like that with underground music.
Kelovar: I really like this one, even though its speed is outside my usual tastes. In fact, I love the whole album ^^; Now for this song though, the intro and the guitar solos (mainly from 2:20 on) are the high points for me. The 1:19 part (and its repetition later) is the only part I like a bit less since I don't really like the sound used there (but the rhythm guitar rocks!).
GiltCipher: 2:20 to 3:10 is the best part. Also, kickass drums.
Tonician0: Excessive drumming ? Neiiin, awesome drumming indeed ! X_X
Kenjisan: Haha. It sounds so innocent, and then explodes into a fit of rage. I like this a lot. I agree, about 2:20 as well.
ElMisionero96: Too much power!! Amazing :D
zolo1243: I loved the heavy drumming :D
zanazans: hot song, thanks for the upload!
TheNextBrockLesnar: *wishes he heard the warning right before he dies from bleeding ears* I REGRET NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
RevnaVarea: My heart rate literally increased by 100. Made of so much fucking win, I must have creamed my pants at least 3 times by the end of the song. So ridiculously awesome, I'm running out of ways to describe this song.
bass99gspl: 2:20 is a whole new level of epicness!!!!!!! the best touhou theme ever with the most epic arrange ever!
SouthernRiprey: I prefer having broken ears then getting spoiled due to this amount of EPIC AWESOMENESS.
SouthernRiprey: It's sick, but hey, there's no other better way than to describe this song!
