Time After Time: Chapter 6 Part 2 Video
A very short addition I wanted to put it in the last post but it wouldn't fit.
(not sure if I'm totally happy with this part but I felt I had to post it.) Please tell me what you think, good or bad ;D

Chapter 6 part 2 - The Date part 3 (In the end)
He interrupted my thoughts with "So where are we going to walk?" I shrugged "Well you said you practically grew up here so you tell me." He stood in silence for a moment before his face lit up with a broad smile. "I know the perfect place." He hailed a cab and we got in. He wrapped and arm around my shoulder, releasing those butterflies again. I leaned against him and sighed. I looked out the window trying to figure out where we were going but I had no clue in this huge city.
The cab stopped near Central Park. He took my hand in his and we slowly walked down the path towards a little bridge. The only light was from the few streetlights that lined the path. There was a slight breeze and the autumn leaves rustled as we walked through the trees. I started to get that nervous feeling again, but I wasn't going to run away this time. Besides I had no where to run too. We stopped on a little bridge that crossed a creek that flowed into a huge pond. He leaned back against the railing, intertwining both my hands in his. His eyes sparkled in the low light reflecting off the water. "This is nice." I whispered as I looked up at him and smiled. "Yeah, I've wanted to be alone with you all evening." I blushed a little but I don't think he could tell in the light. I smirked "So then why did we go out with Lori and Joe?" He chuckled "I don't know! It just happened. I told him I'd asked you out and the next thing I knew he had invited himself along." "Why didn't you just tell me No?" "I did but he never listens. When he gets an idea in his head he won't let it go." I laughed I guess I was still nervous "Those two are prefect for each other.... Lori's the same way... she was after me for weeks to talk to you.... And she has been trying to redecorate the whole dorm.... She's even got a petition going to let us repaint the place.... It's funny watching her run around with paint chips asking everyone what colours they like.... But I think she's ......" His hand came up and brushed my cheek and I stopped talking, and looked into his eyes, breathless. He smiled and whispered "Has anyone every told you, you ramble to much?... I don't want to talk about Lori." Those butterflies in my stomach were suddenly joined by a bunch a acrobats doing backflips. He cupped my cheek and leaned in, his lips softly coming into contact with mine. I stood there for what seemed like forever not moving, I was frozen, that's when my brain kicked in and screamed 'KISS HIM BACK YOU IDIOT!' I kissed back, my hands slid up his chest and wrapped around his neck. He had moved his hands to wrap around my waist, pulling me close. Like I said before, I didn't have a whole lot of experience with guys but that Kiss....It was amazing....my temperature rose, I had been feeling a little cool in the autumn air but after that kiss it could have been the middle of winter and I wouldn't have felt it. He pulled back lightly sucking on my lower lip before releasing it and grinning at me "I hope you don't mind but I needed to do that." My reply was just strange "Huuuhhhmmm!" I whimpered, I had totally lost the ability to speak, and I'm sure my expression was not much different, I was in awe...or shock...or was it ....Love.

I have a painting job over the next couple of days so I don't know when I'll be able to post next.
