GaiaisiMusic: Soy meats taste great but they also have questionable amounts of phytoestrogen, best plant protein comes from hemp, whole grains, nuts beans lentils etc. You can make a huge batch of your own veggie burgers for pretty cheap, make the flavors ourtstanding and just put the surplus in the freezer
resseduc987: When i was in LA i went to this veggie restaurant i forget what it was called. Anyway I ordered stuff like soy shrimp and chicken and you'll be surprised how the taste is identical. The shrimp looked like shrimp too.
