Dr. Karen Shay discusses KASPER, prescription drugs, and doctor shopping at a press conference announcing the OAG's Prescription Drug Task Force. Dr. Shay's daughter, Sarah, died as a result of a prescription drug overdose. She has partnered with AG Conway in addressing this problem in Kentucky. Dr. Shay is a dentist in Morehead, KY. She is joined at the podium by Lynn Kissick and her daughter Makenzie Kissick. Lynn also lost a daughter, Savannah, to prescription drug abuse.
