**Alexas pov**
Joe closed the door. We could all hear him sobbing. Rosie was crying..i was crying..Kevin, Nick, Denise, Paul, we were all crying. I felt a hand on my arm..i looked over at Nick.
"G-go..h-he needs you." he says to me crying. I open the door and shut it behind me walking in. He was a mess.
"Im sorry Kate..its my fault..it should have been me here.." he sobs hard, it makes my heart break.
"Joe.." i walk over wrapping my arms around his big muscular chest trying not to hurt him.
"Sh-she needs t-t-to wake up." Should i tell him? They induced the coma so she could heal properly.
"Joe..Joe listen to me for a second okay. The doctors induced the coma shes in...they did it so she could heal properly." i tell him.
"WH-WHAT!!" i feel myself being pushed back. Hes looking at me angry. "They..put her here..they..did this to her?! Why would they do that!? IF SHES OKAY THEN MAKE THEM WAKE HER UP!" he yelled.
"Joe.." Kevin walked in.
"GET AWAY FROM ME! STOP TELLING ME WHAT I SHOULD DO FOR MYSELF! TELL THEM TO WAKE HER UP!"
"She...may never walk...again." i whisper.
"What.." he walks toward me.
"She may never walk again. The car..hit a nerve in her back when it crushed her."
"HOW AM I PERFECTLY FINE! THIS ISN'T FAIR!" something beeped and we turned around. She started coughing and Kevin and i pulled Joe out as a bunch of doctors rushed in. We heard her screams which only made Joe worse. He was crying hard now like i was. He finally sat down burrying his head against Kevin's shoulder. I couldnt handle seeing him this way. I got up running out of the hallway and out into the cold air. I slid down against the cement building and cried into my shaking knees.
"God..help..please..." i sob. "Please..make her better for Joe..Make them both okay."
"Alexa." Nicks voice came as a whisper. He drapes a jacket over my shaking body and wraps his arms around me.
"Oh god." i cry turning into him.
"Shh. I've got you.." he says shifting me so that im closer to his chest. I feel his body shake and he starts to softly cry as well. I look at him seeing his eyes surrounded by pooling tears. I bring my hand to his cheek and he smiles slightly. I haven't smiled in ages it seems. I crack when i hear a scream again. He brings my head back against him as a violent sob escapes my cold trembling lips. "Its going to be okay..you did the right thing telling him. Now he knows."
"But it made him worse." i cry. "Look at how hes acting Nick..look at what telling him did."
"Its going to be fine."
"How do you know?" i ask
"Because when i look at you i see hope in everything..has anyone ever told you how beautiful you are?" i nod no.
"No." i say shocked.
"When i look at you i see the truth..everthing good comes with your smile."
"You haven't known me for that l-"
"Yeah..but im always looking..always watching how you fit into Katelyn and Joes lives. You're so amazing you know and its a damn shame no ones ever told you that."
"Nickkyyyy!!!!!!" Oh damn. He got up and i did too. She looked at me giving me a death glare. "What were you doing with IT?!"
"Miley Ray..go to hell..im DONE with you. You've held me back and made it impossible for me to see things i should've noticed a LONG time ago. We're over and i dont want you coming back to me. I dont want to see you i dont want anything to do with you. Just leave...and DONT call me Nicky..thats not my name." i say. She rolls her eyes.
"Whatever curly headed freak..you were a waste of sex anyway."
"Wait..a minute..so you used me for sex?"
"Course i did honey..someone had too..and your kisses...they're awesome...but oh well onto BIGGER and better things." i could pounce on her. Nick held me back though. She stopmed off and i looked at him.
"What do you see now?" i look at him. I look him directly in the eyes.
"I see you." he says pulling me against him. "I've always seen you..just been to wrapped up in Miely world to know what really matters. I didnt even think about you like this until i bumped into you at school. You've always been there Alexa..and now I see everything."
