Irene Eisinger made her debut in 1926 at Stadttheater, Basel. Since 1928 in Berlin, Städischen Oper Berlin, under Klemperer she sang at the Kroll-Oper, 1930-1932 Wiener Staatsoper, 1930-1933 Festival Salzburg, as a Jewesh she had to leave Germany in 1933. Sang in Amsterdam, Brussels and Covent-Garden, also at Glyndebourne. She settled in England were she sang for the BBC untill the late 1940's. Made also German movies before 1933.

Franz Michael Bohnen (May 2 1887 in Cologne, † April 26th 1965 in Berlin) was a German opera singer and actor.

Michael Bohnen bildete sich am Konservatorium in Köln und durch Privatunterricht zum Opernsänger ( Bassbariton ) aus, debütierte 1910 am Stadttheater Düsseldorf und war 1912 am Hoftheater Wiesbaden zu hören.
