Movie Review of the 4th kind Video

1n 1972, a scale of measurement was established for alien encounters. When a UFO is sighted, it is called an encounter of the first kind. When evidence is collected, it is known as an encounter of the second kind. When contact is made with extraterrestrials, it is the third kind. The next level, abduction, is the fourth kind. This encounter has been the most difficult to document-until now. Set in modern-day Nome, Alaska, where--mysteriously since the 1960s--a disproportionate number of the population has been reported missing every year. Despite multiple FBI investigations of the region, the truth has never been discovered. Here in this remote region, psychologist Dr. Abigail Tyler began videotaping sessions with traumatized patients and unwittingly discovered some of the most disturbing evidence of alien abduction ever documented.

IAPOD: i hate how people jump to conclusions. 1 this movie dose not enforce either idea to the real footage was fake if it was real then there would news articles and it would be all over the net. this is another blair witch that dooped all of us in this was fake but the backstory far as i ve seen did happen. but it is still worth a watch

ImOfNope: This film's advertisement is deceptive. The subtitle says 'based on actual case studies'. What people don't realize is that it is not based on 'these case studies'! So the film is another Blair Witch bull crap. So far it's made only 20 million. I hope it doesn't get past 30 million. Pass the word around. Their taking us all for a ride. And the actors who took part in this false advertising, they lost my respect as actors.

brandon112586: English is not 5000 years old. It's less than 2000 years old. Second, we have languages that are still in use today as they were thousands of years ago, such as Hebrew, Latin and Greek. If an alien race spoke Sumerian, they would probably be smart enough to know that if that race died out, the language wouldn't evolve.

foxtoon: I mess up the English point. The point I was trying to make was the English has only been around a very short time, but has changed a lot in the past 2000 year it has been spoken. Now space people from plait X, come and speaking a 5000 + year old langue that has not changed with time. That just seem wrong to me. But, I have been wrong before.

shizartist04: Sumeria was the first culture to establish what we knw today as civilization. English was not spoken at the same time it was hundreds of thousands of years later. On the religious aspect, Sumerian is hundreds of years before even Egypt help Pyramids so Christianity wasn't even in the infant stage. Look at a history to see the timeline. Modern Day Iraq The language and other things in Sumerian culture was given by the Annunaki. Which past down by cultural generations leads to Christianity.

Shredder647: Some of the words they were using they could not translate remember, there were random gaps throughout the written translation. Probably because it evolved a little and that's all they were able to translate? Or did misinterpret what this dispute is about?

cloverfieldone: Pt one: Any time people start going down that road of "aliens and ufo's" it becomes a mass of confusion. Sometimes people are too quick to believe everything that they hear. other times they are too closed minded to realize that there really are some very unusual things going on... and they need to stop making fun of people who have said they have had some strange encounters. I saw the film. it was interesting.

They were not greys.However their eyes were all black. There are at least 2 other people I know who have seen the same thing. On the other hand...If a language has not been spoken for thousands of years, you may understand it's symbols, but how do you know what they SOUND like? I don't think you can. The universe is HUGE...really huge. Rocket ships? Don't think that would work. The people in the "real life clips" are VERY convincing. However, that guy floating above the bed is easy to fake. So I neither believe, nor disbelieve this movie.
