Nikon D3000 Digital SLR Camera Video
The D3000 is a 10.2 megapixel DX format DSLR camera announced by Nikon on 30 July 2009. It is supposed to replace the D60 and D40 as Nikon's entry level DSLR. It features a 3.0-inch 230,000-dot resolution LCD monitor, CCD sensor with ISO 100 - 1600 (3200 with Boost) and 3D tracking Multi-CAM1000 11-point AF system which makes it quite similar to the Nikon D200 in these main parts.
The redevelopment of the city's Old Port took place in the early 90s, under the direction of architects Aurèle Cardinal and Peter Rose.[1]
Today, the riverfront welcomes over seven million visitors per year. The historical Old Port offers Montrealers and visitors alike access to a wide variety of activities, including the Montréal Science Centre, with an IMAX Theatre, and the Montreal Clock Tower. It offers riverfront access for walking, cycling, roller-blading, quadricycle, pedalo and Segway rentals. It is also located at the eastern end of the Lachine Canal, which has itself been extensively refurbished as a popular destination for cycling, roller-blading and pleasure boating.
The Old Port of Montreal changed its name to The Quays of the Old Port of Montreal in 2005. Every 2 years the Cirque de Soleil launches a new show from the Jacques Cartier Quay.[citation needed]
Shipping has been moved further east to the present Port of Montreal site, leaving the riverside area of Old Port adjacent to Old Montreal as a recreational and historical area.
imao0330: nice song!!!
iManny74: Thanks. The song is called "Click, Click, Click, Click" by Bishop Allen.
ObeyBrandon: Thanks for sharing! I am dying to get this camera!! Nice!!
maombo: the battery is fully charged when you get the camera, or do you have to charge it for yourself?
iManny74: The battery has around 50% charge right out of the box.
jgomes1992: im getting my camera for x mas i am moving up from a sony point and shoot but can u use the screen to see instead of the viewfinder to take a picture like a point and shoot?
jgomes1992: can u use the screen to shoot instead of the viewfinder to take a picture like a point and shoot... im getting mine for x mas
iManny74: Oh, you mean "Live View?". No, The D3000 doesn't have live view. If you want live view, buy the D5000. It also shoots HD video and has a tilt/swivel LCD. It sits between the D60 and D90, the D5000 appears to go head-to-head with Canon's EOS 500D.
szmiki9536: Great!!
jgomes1992: i dont have enough money for the d5000 but im fine without live view... i cant wait until x mas to get mine
eltomas69: No sabias ni una mierda de como armar esa camara...
jrmafia71: hey what song is this anyway? =)
robbyd831: what exactly is live view?
iManny74: The song is called "Click, Click, Click, Click" by Bishop Allen.
iManny74: Live View mode allows you to view the subject in real time on the cameras LCD screen instead of the eyepiece. I personally prefer shooting using the eyepiece. Nothing beats looking through the lens. As if I have a choice, the D3000 don't have live view mode. : )
mikeymike710: WOAH since when does duracell make sd cards...:P that caught my eye
JogBird: lol.. did you buy that at FutureShop?
iManny74: Yes.
