SmokeRises: SIG
luke1tiger2: the Ruger has 4 positions on the gas piston regulator, not 3.
GunWebsites: 3 + off = 4 ??
warhawk300: SIG is the rifle for me
luke1tiger2: well thats what i meant to say!
GunWebsites: thats what I meant too
desertkoi: Fantastic vid. As someone who's been chewing on the idea of a gas piston AR this was extremely informative in a way the myriad of other videos on the subject have not been. As interesting as the Sig is I like that you can slap on any other upper you want for both the Ruger and the LWRC.
GunWebsites: glad it was helpful then, thats what the intent was when we made it
iComment17: your videos are getting better and better, keep it up
TheRiflemanChannel: good vid man. I perfer DI though..
Squ1bst3r: LWRC all the way man. As soon as I have the money, thats what I'm getting.
josephnova: Can't beat the reliability of a Sig. I have over 2000 rounds thru my 556 SWAT with no failures.
carmas54: good job... I LIKE THE SIG, CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE ACR FROM BUSHMASTER
didntdoit42: agreed m6a2!
Squ1bst3r: Exactly the one I will get when the money comes in!
didntdoit42: same here, expensive as a mofo, but it'll be worth it
Rico8458: that ruger sure is pretty, nice sleaker look
Rico8458: reminds me of the move good bad and ugly when he builds his gun at the store. lol.
GunWebsites: now that would be a good video....
jubeigh13: I believe the Swiss issue SIG rifles and the DEA has LWRC M6A2 weapons fielded. So it's safe to say they make fully-automatic versions. For that matter, some of the LWRC weapons still have all three fire position markings on the lower receiver . Semi-Safe-Full. I'm not sure if they all still do, but I've seen plenty in the past that had all three.
Rico8458: Excellent vid presentation and instruction here.
GunWebsites: thanks
NickyDaGreat: I think I'm going to buy the LWRC M6A2. I've handled the Ruger SR556 at my local gun store (MegaSports). It is nice, and does look sleeker, but it is a bit front heavy, just to let you guys know ;)
GunWebsites: Have you held an LWRC ? All piston AR15s are front heavy
NickyDaGreat: I have, I believe the Ruger is a bit heavier. It has a longer rail and I think it is thicker too.
