[Madison's P.O.V.]
I woke up the next morning in my hotel room. Thoughts of last night immediately hit me, and made me smile.
Alright, I don't think I can say this enough... but everything just seems so weird to me. Nick and I use to be mortal enemies, then became friends, then best friends, and now... boyfriend and girlfriend? Crazy.
But for the first time in a while, I'm the happiest I've ever been.
I sleepily got out of bed and directed my attention to the nightstand, where a note sat along with gorgeous flowers. I grabbed the note and opened it.
"Good morning. :)
Love, Nick." was all it read. For some reason, I still smiled. Was I already falling deep for him?
I walked into the bathroom and showered for the day, then got out and did my hair and makeup. A smile stayed plastered on my face. I really wasn't too sure what was going on for today since there wasn't a concert tonight. I slipped my clothes on and walked out of the bathroom to see Nick sitting on the other bed watching TV. He smiled at me as I walked over and sat beside him.
"They're beautiful... thank you," I said as I looked at the flowers still sitting on the nightstand.
"Just like you," he said, making me blush and look down. He lifted my chin up and softly pressed his lips to mine again. This was something I'd definitely have to get use to, but he was an amazing kisser, so it wouldn't take too long. I kissed back softly, intertwining my hand with his. There was a knock on the door, causing us to pull away. We turned around and saw Joe open the door. He looked at us for a minute and studied us; sitting really close, holding hands, and Nick probably looked like he had lip gloss on.
"Um, just thought I'd tell you guys that we're gonna get some breakfast before we leave, wanna come?"
"Sure, we'll be down in a sec," Nick said. Joe closed the door and walked off. We walked down to the lobby holding hands and saw everyone waiting for us. There was a cab waiting outside for us. Joe stayed back as everyone else walked in front.
"So, are you two official now?" Joe asked. I smiled.
"Mhm," Nick said as he gave my hand a squeeze.
As soon as we stepped out of the hotel, tons of camera flashes immediately started going off in our faces.
"What the hell?!" Joe exclaimed. Nick put his arm around my shoulders and pulled me to the cab, pushing paparazzi's out of the way. Kevin, Joe, Nick, and I got into one cab and our dads got into another. Kevin closed the door and sighed.
"How did they know we were there?" Joe asked.
"I don't know, maybe someone seen us check in and told them," Nick said.
We ate breakfast at some waffle house, the boys signed some autographs, and then we headed onto the bus to leave for whatever state we were heading to next.
