Architekton_Farmer Studios Video

Designed by Architekton, Farmer Studios is an economical flex building located in a transitional zone between Downtown Tempe, Arizona, and a residential neighborhood. Positioned to set a precedent by creating a pedestrian environment, the building was designed, zoned and constructed to allow for any combination of retail, office and/or residential studios. Farmer Studios is a prototypical example of a flexible, sustainable building that can be adjusted in size and aesthetics to fit a myriad of infill sites and contexts.
