Nick's POV.
"That was Molly. She needs me," he whispers. I nod and use my eyes to tell him to go. He nods and walks away. I continue to comfort the girl in my arms and fail again.
I don't know how much time passes, but I do know I have a lot of time to think.
"N... Nick?" the girl asks, her voice quivering.
"Yes?"
"I'm sorry and... thank you."
"Sorry for what?" I ask, shocked she's apologizing.
"For making you stay here." I look at the girl and shake my head.
"I chose to stay. It's okay. You, however, are not. Do you want to tell me whats wrong?" I offer. I push a strand of wet - from tears - hair out of her face and smile comfortingly. When I look at her closely, I notice she doesn't just have eyes similar to Summer, but her nose is slightly the same as well. The aching emptiness in my heart grows more prominent, but I push it away. I continue to look at the mystery girl in front of me. She's beautiful, in a special way; but nowhere near as beautiful as Summer.
I'm brought back to reality, when Mystery Girl shakes her head. She roughly wipes at hear tears that are still flowing down, just at a less rapid pace.
"You don't have to... But I would like for you to tell me your name I mean, you know mine, it's only fair," I say, attempting a small joke. It backfires.
"Yeah, I do... Nick Jonas. I'm Auden..." she replies quietly.
"That's a really beautiful name," I tell her. She blushes and wipes at her tears again. The name really fits her; her name is beautiful in a special way, just like her.
"Thanks..." she says finally. I push another strand of her dark auburn hair behind her ear and she slowly pulls away.
"You don't know me," she accuses me after a minute of silence, besides her sniffling. I'm taken aback a little, but she has a point.
"I know, I just want to make sure you're okay," I say honestly, with a tad of defensiveness in my tone. I decide not to tell her that she reminds me of Summer, and that I have this irrational need to protect her.
"Thats not the way I meant it," Auden says cautiously. It seems as if shes trying hard to phrase something right. Her tears seem to dry pretty quickly when she's thinking hard. I scoot back a little so my back rests against the wall.
"How did you mean it, then, Auden?" I ask curiously after I feel I've given her enough time to think. A gut feeling tells me its got something to do with Summer, which is why I'm so impatient.
"Your 'friend' Summer," she starts, air-quoting 'friends'. I knew it.
"What about her?" I ask, and my voice cracks, giving me away. Suddenly, Auden bursts out into tears again. I instinctively pull her close to me and start to rock her backwards and forwards.
"What about her, Auden?" I press. She may be in tears, but she knows something about my girlfriend. Or at least she thinks she does; or I think she does... She pulls out of my embrace and her eyes are red and puffy again. Or still. I think still works better, cause shes been crying the entire time.
"I know you and she are more than friends..." she blubbers into my shirt. I rub the back of her hair as my face turns confused.
"Were no—"
"Don't lie to me, Nick. I know because she told me. Nick, I know you and Summer love each other, and I know that Summer has been kidnapped," Auden cries. Her tears come faster, and I don;t have the power to stop mine from coming. They soon slip out of my eyes and start to roll down my cheeks silently.
"Yes." Thats all I can say. And on that simple word, my voice cracks and I feel like Im going to die. I desperately want to know how Auden knows Summer, and why Summer would tell someone about our relationship. I know, though, that if I try to ask her, well both just end up in a worse state than we are now. So I keep my mouth shut.
We sit there for a while; crying and holding each other. I hold her tightly. For some reason, she feels like shes a connection to Summer. Which she is, like Brooke is, too. But Auden has the eyes. The eyes that captured me so quickly the first time I set eyes on the beautiful love of my life. The girl that is trapped God-knows-where with someone who I dont know or trust. And I know that he is hurting her.

Not even close my friend!" ;) I don't like how Nick keeps comparing her to Summer. He's not in the right state of mind and I'm worried Auden is going to take advantage of that.
