Chapter 4 - "His Next Victim"
The next morning...
Nick's POV
The awful alarm sound filled my ears. I reached over slamming my hand on the buzz and brighten the light. Ugh! Morning already? I managed to pull myself over, sitting on the edge of the bed. I could barely see or recongize anything. My head pounded like mad.God, I need an asprin or something from all those booze last night. Is there any excuse to stay home from school due to a hangover? I let out a groan, finally got up and walked over to the bathroom. I quickly took a shower, dried myself off, and jumped into a some black skinny jeans & a white v-neck. I grabbed my cell phone along with my keys and leather jacket and slipped on some shoes on the way out.
I climbed into my Mustang and drove off. In no time I was swerving into my parking space (that's right, MY spot!) at Wyckoff High. I pulled on my jacket, coming out of the car.
Walking into the crowded school hallway, I heard hoots and hollars all around, which wasn't that out of the ordinary. Probably because of something I did last night. I could feel everyone looking at me as I walked. I smirked at all the attention.
"Hey Jonas!" I heard a shout in near me. I turn my head to find my best friend Joe standing there leaning againist my locker. I walked over and pulled off my aviator sunglasses. Standing there next to Joe were Carter and Alex, going through their lockers.
"Hey man," I said to Joe as we did our little hand thing.
"Dudes, last night was awesome!" Carter exclaimed after a slam of a locker.
"Yeah, Sickest party of the year!" Alex added with a flip of his hair.
"Yeah, it was something." I replied back, even though I hardly remember anything that happened last night. I opened up my locker, grabbing some things.
"So, I heard you nailed Sara last night." Joe stated.
"Yeah, I did." I hardly remember anything from last night, but with this one I know I must have done something. 2 reasons: One, I woke up in my boxers. Two, I found bite marks and hickey on my neck while I was in the shower. It must have been some wild, crazy sex. I smirked at the thought.
"So, how was it?" He asked.
"It was-- " I was prepared for a well thought guess but something caught my eye. A girl walking through the hallway. As she walked, it felt as if time slowed. I have never seen her around here before. Her deep, dark brown hair flowed in front of her. I didn't see much of her eyes because they were all over. But her body hypnotized me. Lean, perfectly shaped body. Her lushious lips. The softened look of her tanned skin. Her perfectly shaped... everything.
"Dude! How was sex with Sara?" Joe repeated again.
"DUDE!" I turned Joe around and exposed him to the beauty I saw. He glimpsed at her just before he walked past us. I know Joe, and that look was enough.
"I call dibbs!" Joe said as he started walking forward, but I imeadately pulled him back.
"No,man! I saw her!" I argued.
"So? She's fucking hot! It doesn't matter."
"Joe, she's new. Let me have her."
"Wait, aren't you with Sara?" Joe denoted.
"Point? Aren't you with Erin?" I fired back.
"So? What she doesn't know won't hurt her."
"& neither will Sara."
"Well, I already called dibbs" He protested at me, "And besides, I have way more game then you.."
"Really Joe? You have more game than me?"
"Hell yeah."
"Well, we'll see about that." I turned and started walking away. He honestly thinks he has more game than me? Well, its obivious he is completely blind that I am going after I girl first.
I looked around alittle and found the beauty opening up a locker. I came close enough behind her and sliped my hand along her waist as I came around beside her. Also looking at her ass as she bent over. Hot damn! God Bless skinny jeans. When she looked at me our eyes met, I smirked but all hers did was roll and turn away.
"Hey babe," I said smoothly leaning againist the locker next to her, "You must be new around here. What do you say I show you around and maybe even teach you a thing or two?"
She stood up, "Hmm.. tempting but I'd like to see more of the school than the jaintor's closet or the girl's bathroom." She stated firmly without even looking at me.
"Baby,I can teach you things you have never learned before. As I've been told, my lessons are worth wild." I implied sexily with a step closer to her.
She closed her locker & turned to me "Look, I'm not interested. So back off, screw boy" She stated firmly once again. & with that she walked away.
I can't believe this! Did I just get dissed?! I heard the sounds of Joe laughing near me with Carter and Alex. I didn't care. All I knew was that that girl will be mine. I have to have her.
