If theres no such thing as long forms then where did the information on his COLB come from? There has to be a typed or written document from when his birth was registered with the state. The only argument for why he has not provided it yet is because it will not show proof that he was actually born in in hawaii, and it is a form that could have been completed without witness to his birth

The founders were born outside America, so they specifically inserted "natural born" to ensure that future presidents were born to American citizenS to protect against allegiances to any other nation.
