So i tried doing this challenge on hoop city! http://www.hoopcity.ca/forum/topics/introduction-to-the-flow My shirt fell down and kinda threw me off for a sec....i hit the wall a couple times lol but this song is just sooo beautiful that I didnt want to stop! So hope you enjoy :)
