C.I.A. Refuses To Disclose Interrogation Tape Documents Video

CIA Director Leon Panetta has moved to withhold records related to the destruction and content of interrogation tapes. Panetta filed documents in an ACLU Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, arguing that the records in question should not be released because they contain information about the actual implementation of so-called enhanced interrogation techniques. His argument is that the release of this information could be used as "ready-made" propaganda by enemy forces.
