Breakaway, Chapter 35, PART 1/2, (A Jonas Sister Story) Video

Brey, Lorenzo, Jake and Matt were in my room. I was the only girl there. Talk about out of place. Put any of my friends in my shoes right now, they'd say it's heaven.
Brey, Renzo, Jake and I were catching up on some home work and stuff, while Matt was just being his usual annoying self, watching an NBA game.
Enzo was sitting, with his back against the wall, under my T.V. According to him, not seeing the television keeps him from getting distracted, but hearing it keeps him focused. Genius. Jake was lying down on his stomach, in the middle of the room. He was facing me, whos back was against Breys shoulder.
"Don't you two usually study alone?" Jake asked.
Renzo laughed, and said,
"Please! Leave this two alone, and studying is the last thing theyd do. Believe me, I've seen it."
Shut up, Enzo. Brey said, with a glare.
I ignored them, concentrating on my Math.
"So how was your date last night?" Brey asked, laughing.
I sat up straight, decided to copy Jake, and lied down on my stomach.
"Fine. You should know. You were there." I answered.
Enzo and Jake chuckled.
"Duh." Lorenzo commented.
"Chris was cool. Didn't work out though. Not my type. We agreed were just friends. Setting him up with Carls." I mumbled blankly, trying to figure out the next algebra problem I was doing.
"Who the hell is Chris?" Jake said, looking up from his History paper for the first time that day.
"The guy she went out with." Matt answered, not taking his eyes off the T.V.
"But I thought you and Brey-"
I gave Jake a death stare, and he looked at me questioningly. Enzo stood up and sat beside Jake, giving me the same look. I nudged my head towards Matt, and Lorenzo mouthed: Oh.
"You mean Matt doesnt know?" Jake said, eyes wide.
Enzo slapped him up the head.
"Violence, Henrie! Control, please." Jake groaned.
"Your an idiot Jake." Lorenzo said, hitting his forehead.
"Wait," Matt said, "what don't I know?"
I looked at him, worried. I didnt know what to say. I looked at Brey, who was relatively calm. He was acting. I could see the look in his eyes. I could hear his nervous breathing. I looked back at Jake, and glared at him.
"Sorry, Linley. I thought he knew." Jake said.
"You thought I knew what?!" Matt asked, getting frustrated.
I looked back at my paper, and tried to let it pass.
"Linley?" Matt asked, looking straight at me, "What don't I know?"
I mumbled some words, barely understandable. I looked up at Brey, who was looking at me for a save. I looked over at Jake and Enzo, who were waiting for my answer. I looked back at Matt, who was also waiting. I looked back at Lorenzo. I looked into his eyes. He knew what I was trying to say. Ever since weve been cast mates, we had this whole silent language thing going on. He sighed, and looked at Matt.
"Lee is, uh, sort of-"
Jake elbowed him in the stomach, and Enzo sighed.
"Linley is dating Brey. It's pretty serious." Enzo finally said.
Matts eyes widened, and Jake looked back down at his paper, shaking his head.
"Brey. Talk. Outside. Now."
Damn. My cousin was protective. I watched Brey as he stood up, and walked out the door with Matt. I sensed a fight.
