Slipping Through My Fingers [Nick Jonas Daughter Story] Ch.1 Video

This is my first Daughter story. I kinda got inspired. So here it is. Comment to tell me what you think.

Nick's P.O.V

It's hard to think about me and my brothers running away and becoming jerks to people. Our parents were morons. They get drunk all the time and treat us like crap. So me and my brothers ran away. I was a jerk. I was a huge jerk. Until someone stopped me. Someone softened me. And that girl is Carly. Yes Carly. The first and the last girl I'm falling in love with. I'm now 29 and my little girl is turning 8. Yeah. Carly and I made a family. We were both pretty mad at first until we saw Anna. Anna is our daughter. She has my eyes and Carly's smile. She's also got a really nice voice when you hear her sing. Just like Carly and me. She's a wonderful daughter.

I am not going to tuck Anna in. She's gonna go to bed.
Nick: Anna time for bed
Anna: But I don't wanna go to bed yet Daddy. I am not yet sleepy
Nick: But hunny you have to. Come on I'll sing you a song
Anna: Ok
Nick: Get ready and I'll be waiting
Anna: Ok daddy
I sat on her bed and looked around. Wow. I can't believe I have a daughter who's as amazing as Carly.
Ok let me tell you the story between me and Carly.
Carly and I were Music Intructors to a near school. We kinda got a long well. Thing got out of hand and we realized we loved each other. A few months later I asker her to marry me. And we made Anna. There done. Haha
Anna got in her room and lay on the bed.
Anna: Daddy, can you tell me a story about you and mommy?
Nick: Sure. What story do you want to hear?
Anna: When you, mommy, and uncle Joe went to the zoo and uncle Joe got scared of the peacock going near him
Nick: Ok. We were going to take a picture of your uncle Joe with the peacock but he wouldn't go near it. He tried to but he was scared. So he put on the best smile he could. And it was like this.
I tried to do the nervous smile of Joe then. She started laughing so hard until I heard the door open. Anna was still laughing. I turned to the door to see my most beautiful wife in the world.
Carly: *laughs* I told you to take her to bed. Not wake her up more. Telling when Joe got scared of the peacock is not a good bedtime story
She came in and sat beside me on Anna's bed.
Anna: *stops laughing* Mommy, Daddy?
Carly: Yes hunny?
Anna: How did you meet?
Nick: Anna how come suddenly you want to hear everything?
Anna: I'm interested. I'm turning 8. I wanna know stuff
Carly: Ok we met in a music school and we liked it each other and then we got married and then you came
Anna: Mommy there's no details
Carly: We'll tell you tomorrow ok
Nick: Yes we will now go to sleep
Anna: Sing me a song please
Carly: Ok
We sang an old High School musical song. Back in the day, that used to be a really big movie. It still is to me and Carly. We sang You Are The Music In Me. Which is one of Anna's favorite songs that Carly and I sing.

That was before. That was just a flashback. Now Anna is 14 and she barely spends time with us anymore. She's slipping through our fingers. Our family is tearing apart. I even feel that Anna has a boyfriend behind my back. Carly and I always have fights but end up kissing in the living room. I still love her it's just complicated.
I just miss the Anna that used to make me tell her stories of before and making me and Carly sing. It's different now.

Anna's P.O.V

I used to be Daddy's little girl. Until I hit teenage hood. I grew apart from my family. I feel bad about it but this is who I am. I need some space. Me and my dad are not so close any more. I can't tell him anything. I only tell things to Valerie. Uncle Joe's daughter. I'm actually closer to uncle Joe than to my dad. I feel bad. He tries his best to get close to me but nothing works. I can't tell him anything. I can't tell him I already have a boyfriend. He's gonna kill the boy and me. But there's one thing I miss from my parents. Them singing to me every night. It stopped when I was 12. Everything just changed.
