OxAO: Actually this video has that certificate which is only a certificate that says he was born on a specific date not the location of his birth. The long form is the real birth certificate.

There are 3 theories: The first is that his transcripts at Occidental and Columbia would reveal a lot of Marxist classes that would embarass him. The second is that he applied to colleges and for financial aid as a student from Indonesia. The third is that the records would make it clear he got into HLS via affirmative action. Without the records, who knows?

The only person known to still be alive who could have seen Barack born is his paternal grandmother and she said she saw him born in a Mombasa hospital. Barack has not addressed these statements by the ambassador and his grandmother.
