rayme4raw: Agreed, during the Vietnam war, people were opposed to the war. Today 50% of Americans are opposed to Big Government, I don't think that they will be able to take Americans guns without civil war. With 90 Million Gun Owners in the US and rising, I'd say that the small amount of troops that they have to send at us will not succeed. The NRA, GOA CCRKBA and others have been fighting to maintain the 2nd Amendment for so long, I think that there's a very healthy distrust of government.

dynamitemike65: I know there is a web site, and sorry I don't know what it is, of an Oath that the Military soldiers and police officers are signing that they will NOT take guns from American citizens. I do know that the word oath is in the name of the web site.
