Cab Ride to Colombo Part 1 Video

Part 1 is the section from Alutgama to Panadura on the Sri lankan Railways Costal Line.
This Line follows the west coast from Galle all the way to Colombo. I got on at Alutgama. The old diesel was a bit tired but once we were rolling she got along at a fair old pace.
Part 2 is from Panadura to Colombo.
The journey took over an hour so this is just a small selection of the route.

Akilanka: What's the loco number ??

colsuemeg: Possibly No:744 as it was on the same route a day or so before . I have checked the original film and cant see a number plate on the front of the loco.
