Baseball Hitting October 22nd 2009 Video

2 days ago I picked the best swing to post. Now we are putting it through the paces and it's breaking down a little. We're using the Impact bat (an awesome tool) and the Ripken with the Jugs small ball machine. He seems very far away from the plate and with the low and outside pitches he's dropping his hands and
"squishing the bug" : ( . Overall a mixed bag but getting closer to some consistency.

This weekend we'll hit at the cages and see what happens.
