hdkingsbury: Nicholas Meyers' book introduced me to Sherlock Holmes, and I've long been a fan of the movie. In fact, the train chase is one of my favorite scenes. Thank you for posting these clips.
diddymuck: the movie differs from the book in that Moriarty was not the adulter. That person was not identified. Moriatry was merely the person who informed the Holmes brothers of the death of their mother by their father's hand, thus being the messenger needing slaying for revealing such heartbreak.
