awwang101: Well, it sounds like metal screeching and it sounds awful. This is a set to be fixed, and hey I could still walk there in less than 10 minutes.

Caitsith810: 8843-8847 sounds much worse, that set rarely sees service along with 8848-8852 & 9098-9102.

FanRailer: that sound has nothing to do with the propulsion, but the scrapping of the collector shoe to the third rail.
