Shell Supports Cap & Trade Over Carbon Tax Video

The CEO of Royal Dutch Shell, Peter Vosner, said Waxman-Markey is a good start, but the legislation needs work in the Senate. He also says renewables is not the silver bullet as many people say because some of the raw materials needed are rare and can be difficult to obtain.
