Messing around at lighthouse. Video

Okay, this wasn't meant to be serious. i was just messing around, trying some backflips.
I found out why my quality sucked, i rendered it the wrong way. I'm just trying to get the best rendering for my White dazzle, DVD Recorder.
Btw, if some of you are an editor. i could really need your help. because i want to make a COD4 montage.
