Airship Pirate Talespin Abney Park amv Video

I have always thought Talespin was "baby's first steampunk", ever since I knew what steampunk was. Before that I just thought it was the most awesome show around. And who better to star in a video of Abney Park's "Airship Pirate" than the most dreaded air pirate of them all, Don Karnage! This is the first amv I've done, and I was going more for mood than lip-synching, which wasn't that precise in Talespin to begin with. Anyway, I just wanted to combine a couple of things that just needed to go together.

JodyEllenMakeup: OMG! Yes!! This is so true. I also think "Launchpad" is quite a Steampunk. He's from Duck Tales though, same era!

pennyfarthing1893: I love Launchpad. Apparently, Talespin was going to star him, as a spinoff from Duck Tales (another of my favorite shows). I don't think it would've been the same though - he's much more responsible than Baloo, and would never go to Louie's when he should be delivering cargo. Don't know if that's true, about Talespin being intended for LP. I agree that he's pretty Steampunk.
