Small Business Big Voices is a mini-interview series started by Avelient and The Web and You, intended to focus on Small Business and show how they're using web tools to expand their reach to new customers.

Cliff Moore of the Keyport and Neptune, NJ International House of Pancakes (IHOPs) is a franchise owner attempting to give his stores a unique presence on the web. He's looking to learn more about Twitter and how it can reach customers that may never have considered coming into his store before. After the end of our Twitter clinic, we met with Cliff to find out more about how he would use Twitter itself. Here's the video.
