The Power of Atom
Simple quest to disarm the bomb, or rig it. I recommend disarm, but the cooler choice and an explosion is rigging it to explode. This walkthrough covers disarming it, so if you rig it to explode, your path may be a bit different from mine. Eat mentats to get explosive skill high enough if it's not.
