Nature photography lesson in Brooklyn Center -"Sun Suburbs Today" webcast - Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009 Video

Get tips on nature photography and use digital cameras to explore the trails around the Kroening Interpretive Center in Brooklyn Center during its fall photography session 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at the Center. Westwood Lutheran Church in St. Louis Park will have a day of games, food, shopping and fun to raise money for community and world charitable organizations from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. this Saturday, Nov. 7. The fair features family-friendly activities throughout the day, including a Wii bowling tournament, morning coffee and lunch, a wide range of handcrafted items and a silent auction.

The first Spanish worship service at Calvary Lutheran Church in Golden Valley is scheduled for 11:15 a.m. this Sunday, Nov. 8. The Rev. Tacho Dominguez will lead the new service and other Latino ministries will be introduced in the months ahead.
