Yolanda Adams / Burnett Family ~ My Desire ~~~ DRUGS and ALCOHOL (alcohol abuse) are polluted reservoirs that fed the stream of my iniquities and left me SCARS, I ate the finest food but my SOUL still starved, for restitution my solution was to serve GOD. We are SPIRITS having a HUMAN experience. Love never hurts anyone, only certain people do. The eyes are the windows to the soul, but it is shameful when your windows are so dirty that you can't see yourself. Today is the TOMORROW that we worried about YESTERDAY. SUICIDE is a PERMANENT SOLUTION for a TEMPORARY SITUATION; DON'T DO IT! JESUS CHRIST LOVES YOU. FINANCIAL poverty can be troublesome but MORAL poverty is ignorance. What is happening to mankind? The fabric of our society is tearing apart. I thought that mankind was a civilization, but how is this conceivable when the majority of our populations are not civilized. That which is invisible to the human eye is what's more important and sacred. GOD never makes mistakes, HE made YOU just 'RIGHT', now make an honest effort to live 'RIGHT'. I often wonder," why certain men abuse women, when they are PRICELESS?" and just as well, why do some women, COMPROMISE THEIR MORALS to entice men?" A RICH PERSON IS ONE WHO GIVES FROM THE HEART, ONE WHO IS CHARITABLE. I consistently make an effort to sacrifice my own welfare for the sake of helping others (I fail at times though), and I will ALWAYS associate and identify myself with the poor, disadvantaged and underprivileged. It is my opinion that the most BEAUTIFUL thing that GOD created was WOMAN, SO MEN PLEASE, LOVE YOUR WOMAN AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF, and if you don't know how to love your woman, then simply LEARN; make an effort to be conscious of her desires and needs, ASK HER what she wants. LOVE is Kind, Patient, Faithful and Understanding. LOVE SHOULD NOT HURT OR BE PAINFUL. BUT IT SHOULD BE UNCONDITIONAL. A MAN WORTH CRYING FOR WOULDN'T ATTEMPT TO PURPOSELY MAKE YOU CRY AT ALL. My analogy of GOD and mankind is synonymous to the sun and the moon; GOD is the sun and we are the moon, and just as the moon at night reflects light from the sun to the earth, so are we supposed to reflect the LOVE of GOD to the world, EVEN OUR ENEMIES; I know that it may be extremely difficult at times to love anyone who has hurt you or currently attempting to do so, but PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. We are all members of ONE RACE, the HUMAN RACE. I have come to the realization that sometimes we tend to search for the 'RIGHT' person to have a loving relationship with, when we are not 'RIGHT' ourselves; do a thorough and constant evaluation of yourself, be honest and acknowledge your flaws and inconsistencies (if you possess any) and begin to work on resolving them. TRY NOT TO FOCUS ON YOUR PROBLEMS, BUT RATHER FOCUS ON THE SOLUTIONS. It is also my opinion, which I firmly believe to be a FACT that success for any individual should not be measured by their financial, occupational or social status, but it should be measured by their knowledge of GOD and their reason for existence. WHY IS IT THAT MOST OF THE WORLD LOVES MONEY? Which has no life, can't breathe or even procreate, but does not LOVE their fellow human being. Because of the lack of LOVE the world is growing cold and is freezing, and some of us are frostbitten and sick because of this. *** GOD is not simply confined to a building with four walls (church), but HE should be in your heart, mind and souls, (JESUS CHRIST is LORD and SAVIOUR; not a building). *** My SELF WORTH is not dependent on MATERIAL things. I do strive for PERFECTION; but I have come to the conclusion that I will never, ever achieve it, I HAVE MADE MANY MISTAKES IN MY LIFE, simply because, I AM ONLY HUMAN. Only GOD obtains COMPLETE PERFECTION. NEWSFLASH! Yesterday evening at about 9:30pm, LOVE was shot several times and sustained life threatening injuries. The assailant, who shot Love, has been identified as HATRED. The gunshot wounds that LOVE sustained were nearly fatal. LOVE is currently on life support at a local hospital. Will you help me keep LOVE alive? The LOVE that I just previously mentioned, is secular (worldly) LOVE, the LOVE of the human race, it is nearly extinct! But please remember, above all that GOD is LOVE and LOVE conquers all. JESUS CHRIST is LORD and SAVIOR. I am NOTHING, but GOD is EVERYTHING. HE is my ROCK of REFUGE and FORTRESS of DEFENSE. TRUST IN HIM. *** Jesus Christ died for YOU, and now lives and He will soon return for those who are faithful and love HIM (KISS THE SON). GOD NEVER HATES US, HE LOVES US, HE SIMPLY HATES THE SINFUL ACTS THAT WE DO. REPENT if you have not done so already. Seek TRUE KNOWLEDGE from the Holy Scriptures, THE BIBLE (Basic Instruction Before Leaving Earth) which contains the answers to all aspects of life.
