DAKTAL Crying in the Rain Video

DAKTAL is the new sound that the world today has been searching for. It's electrifying sound

has a soul of it's own, with stories told and truth's be known. DAKTAL has captivated crowds of

enormous proportion and crowds of just a few. The number of ears is not as important as the

love for DAKTAL's music for all.

DAKTAL's band members have been creating music and entertaining for most of their lives. They

have done so with great care, passion and emotion. DAKTAL's powerful originals appeal not only

to the young, but also to the young at heart.

DAKTAL believes it is time for a solid, quality band to serve as a stepping stone to help the

youth deal with an increasingly complex, crazy, and sometimes cruel world.

Guitarist Don Arnold delivers DAKTAL's driving rhythms, which are complimented by guitarist

Greg Santora and magically ride the heavy waves of the bottom end, generated by bassist Lon

Brugh and the solid beat of percussionist Johnny Joe Phillips. Phillips provides backing vocals

to DAKTAL's trademark vocal sound of the uniquely original and wild vocalist Ted "King Daktal"

Parks.

DAKTAL released this, it's second recording, "The Chosen" in the summer of 1996.

"If you are the chosen and want it, like it, need it, have it, want to know about it, wear it,

love it, say it,
try it, or want to buy it, we've got it!"

"If you are not one of the chosen and hate it, despise it, want to burn it, step on it, keep

your kids away from it, then please buy it and do just that." DAKTAL

The Chosen

In a world not unlike our own, existed an evil overlord. His wickedness controlled as far as

the eye could see. This power of darkness started to take away the light of goodness from the

peasants of his kingdom.

In the heavens above, the wise elders met. A Godlike plan had to be devised to prevent the

savage evildoer from consuming their souls.

Upon a stone altar of sacrifice, the warrior was delivered into the grasp of the evil overlord.

Raising the child high in hand, the beast became enraged with anger. His evil powers were of no

match to the goodness of this child named DAKTAL. The banning of the infant and his mother,

from his kingdom, he continued his wicked ways.

Years passed by, and the mighty warrior had grown. He journied long to reach, once again, the

temple of the evildoer. Standing before the evil overlord, DAKTAL rocked his music. With the

strength of a God and the truth within his music, he pierced the darkness with the brilliance

of light and beauty. As the sound of music rang through vast kingdom, the light of goodness

struck one down. The evildoer laid dead, a kingdom set free.

This world of ours is full of evil and DAKTAL has ignited.
The warrior exists deep within our music.
His truth still rings strong to those ears that listen:
