If you are wondering how i made the witch pop up like that i just used console commands:
at main menu type in console: Map (map) once the maps has loaded type sv_cheats 1 then type bind l "z_spawn witch" then press l and wa la witch spawns in front of you

zackzack9: in left 4 dead 2 if you press the ` button or the ~ button you open up the console and then you can enter console commands. ps the button is located: left to the 1 key and above the Tap key and under the Esc key.

zackzack9: on the main menu go to options, keyboard/mouse, allow developer console (change disable to enable)
