NotaBeetleFan: The reason they are fighting for the Doc Fix is because govt options have been ripping docs off for years, Tex. look up why docs refused govt options and even find the actual amounts they pay for services. We pay taxes already to help the indigent but they underpay the services that have the highest rate of use. Then docs have to raise overall prices and hope self payers and other ins. cover the deficit. If not, they ration govt options pts. thus turn patients away.

NotaBeetleFan: I can foresee docs turning more medicare and public option patients away. They'll be paying for their lottery tickets, but never see the doc. They'll overrun the ER's just like Medicaid do today. But since you have to buy insurance, the Insurance companies will make lots of money off this. this is the biggest CON JOB I've ever seen. Pay rich companies so more poor get turned away from doctors. I refuse. I don't charge for home health. I know they'll give me goods and services back.

NotaBeetleFan: If you payed all your money (that you don't have to begin with) to the Rich AIG con artists, then you don't have cash to pay doctor for any care when you find no one accepts your insurance GIMMICK card. THat' is exactely what happened to my spouse. Paying Medicare B and no doc. . I saved more money to just pay payments until it was payed off straight to the doc and the hospital. Hubby has chronic conditions by the way.
