It`s Going To Be Okay - Episode 21 Part 3 Video

*Before English, Demi had asked David if he would sit with her again, only to prevent further confrontation with Joe. She told David that it was nice working with him yesterday, so she was interested in doing the same today. When it was time for class, Demi made sure that her and David got there before Joe, and took their seats. When Joe arrived, he was disappointed to see that his usual seat next to Demi was taken, leaving him no choice but to sit next to Taylor again. He took his seat without speaking to Taylor, and just stared at Demi the whole period. The rest of the day went by with Demi avoiding everyone. After the final bell, Nick was waiting for Joe by his car. Selena had a Doctors appointment that afternoon, so Nick was alone in the parking lot. While waiting he
noticed Demi walking out of the school by herself, and went after her*
Nick: (Catching up to her) Demi!
Demi: (Turns around and forces a smile) Hey Nick.
Nick: (Looks at her waiting for her to explain what happened that morning)
Demi: How are you?
Nick: Good, you?
Demi: (Chuckles, sarcastically) Great.
Nick: (Leads her towards the bench and sits down)
Demi: (Sits down next to him, placing her back pack beside her)
Nick: You know you are going to tell me eventually, right?
Demi: Are you trying to say its eventually?
Nick: (Looks at her and nods)
Demi: (Sighs and looks at him) So you know yesterday when I was at your house?
Nick: Yes
Demi: And after you, Sel and I talked, I went upstairs before I left?
Nick: Yes
Demi: Well, when I went upstairs I heard laughter coming from Joes room.
Nick: Okay
Demi: So I peeked through his door and saw him and Taylor.
Nick: (Sighs and rolls his eyes) I know, she came over to study with him.
Demi: Well I didnt exactly only see them studying, Nick.
Nick: (Confused) Demi
Demi: (Looks down) I saw them kiss, Nick. Joe and Taylor kissed.
Nick: (Shakes his head in disbelief) Are you sure?
Demi: After everything that has happened, do you really think that I would make something like that up?
Nick: (Shes how hurt she is, and starts to feel her hurt, he puts his arm on her shoulder) No, but I just dont understand. I mean Joe has said countless times how much he loves you, I dont get why he would kiss Taylor. Its not like he didnt remember who she was. (Frustrated) Ugh, I am going to kill that boy.
Demi: (Laughs) Nick, hes your brother. Besides, maybe its for the best. If he wants to move on, who am I to stop him right?
Joe: (Walks over to where they were sitting, overhearing the last thing she said) Who said I wanted to move on? Demi, youre my girlfriend--
Demi: (Looks at him, mad, and stands up. She steps directly in front of him, with her face so close to his, they could feel each others breath) Not the last time I checked (She grabs her bag off of the bench and leaves)
Nick: (Stands up next to Joe) You are such an idiot.
Joe: (Looks at him) You know it would be nice to know what your talking about.
Nick: Umm, let me think You and Taylor?
Joe: What about me and Taylor?
Nick: Seriously, Joe? Youre going to play stupid with me, of all people?
Joe: Seriously, Nick. I dont know what you are talking about.
Nick: Oh, so youre telling me that you and Taylor didnt kiss last night?
Joe: Demi knows?
Nick. So, you did?
Joe: Did Taylor tell her?
Nick: Demi was at our house last night. She went upstairs before she left, she heard you and Taylor laughing and then she saw you kiss. Why would you kiss her?
Joe: (Runs his hand through his hair) She kissed me, okay? Once she did, I pushed her off and I told her that I loved Demi.
Nick: Well if I had a guess, Demi didnt hang around to see that part.
Joe: She probably hates me.
Nick: (Nods his head) Right now, who wouldnt, Joe? I mean I get that you are recovering from a brain injury, but youve got your memory back. I really dont understand if you love her so much, why you tried so hard to push her away. But honestly, Joe. I think that you might have finally pushed her away for good.
Joe: (Shakes his head) No, Nick. You have to help me. I need to make things right. Im going to get her back.
Nick: (Sighs) Okay.
