Alyssa's P.O.V.

I just sat there, crying like a baby while banged on my door. I can't believe this. I just can't.

"Aly, please open the door.." he begged.

I ignored him. You must have no clue what I'm crying about. Let me explain, I'm just a 15-year-old girl from a small town in New Jersey. That boy banging on my door is Nick Jonas, my neighbour/bestfriend/boyfriend. He's 15 too. A few weeks ago, him and his brothers, Joe and Kevin got signed to a record label. I was super happy, because this may be their big break. You see, Nick's solo album failed miserably and the boys' first album with Columbia Records also failed. When they got signed to Hollywood Records, they were thrilled, and so was I. But honestly, I never expected they'd move to L.A.

"Aly, please.." he said, his voice cracking.

I figured that it was no use to stay mad at him, it's not exactly a bad thing. He was just chasing his dreams.
I opened the door and cried into his chest. He put his arms around me, holding me tight.

"Aly, if you don't want me to go, I'll..." I interrupt him,
"No, I overreacted. Please go." I said.
"But I don't wanna leave you." he replied.
"Then don't crush your dreams."
"But Aly,"
"Nick, I wont go anywhere, I'll stay right here. But dreams... You have to chase them. Cause if you don't, you'll never reach it."

He embraced me and kissed my forehead. It was hard to let him go, but I will NEVER crush his dreams. Ever.
Three days later, we were all at the airport. My mom, his mom, my sister, were bawling their eyes out.
Nick pulled me for a private goodbye, and I had to try my best to hold my tears.

"So I guess this is it." he said. I forced a smile.
"It's not it, Nick. We'll see each other this Christmas." I replied.
"But what if we don't?" he looked at me, his eyes full of worry.
"Hey, we're gonna be alright." I reassured him.

He smiled and leaned it. Our lips collide and I wanted the moment to last forever. Then we heard Nick's name being called, causing the kiss to break. We joined the others and walked to the gate, hand-in-hand. Kevin Sr. showed their tickets and before they went in, Nick turned to me and held my hand.

"I love you." he said. By this time, I couldn't fight my tears anymore.
"I love you too."

Then he let go of my hand and walked into the gate.
