I was railfanning in Sacramento when I heard the EC-4 come over the radio. So I rushed down to go see it head south and then north on the Fresno sub between Elvas and Polk. Hear you see it head north after it revered to return to Elvas. This is one of Union Pacific's Track Geometry Cars that they run though out their lines.This is a very rare catch. Hope you enjoy!
