Heineken and United Breweries have finally settled their differences. The former will acquire APB India, and transfer it to UB next year. Commenting on the same, Udayan Mukherjee, Managing Editor, CNBC-TV18, says its an important corporate development but it won't materially it change UBs life. He says, United Breweries is very expensive.
